Loading Issues

Hey guys! So a couple of weeks ago Fantage had a weird message that kind of looked like this:

 EDIT: I now have a snapshot! Here it is 

But it said Fantage wanted to access my storage up to 1 MB, and had access to 90 KB. I obviously clicked decline. Now, I've been having serious loading issues on crowded servers. I have to refresh 2-10 times each visit. Well I have to live with it now. :'c
